Hi!!!Born and raised in the breathtaking mountain town of South Lake Tahoe, California, I am the daughter of a retired sheriff and a natural born storyteller. I have many vivid and wonderful memories of talking to my dad about his work, fascinated by some of the things he encountered. This is undoubtedly where my love for writing intriguing stories originated.

After attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I had the opportunity to travel before settling back down on the central coast of California where I currently live.

I’ve been happily married for over twenty years to a blind date turned soulmate, and together we are raising four incredible children. Despite my passion for writing, I continue to work part-time as a Registered Dietitian, finding balance between my career and my creative pursuits. In my free time, you can find me going for walks, baking, eating all the Mexican food, and napping as if it’s an Olympic sport.

My favorite activity when stressed is cleaning. It allows me to exercise my inner control freak when the world feels off balance. Sunflowers hold a special place in my heart for their ability to physically turn towards sunlight in order to thrive, something that resonates deeply with me.
